MTV is for losers. That's all I have to say.

Well lets see, to elaborate off of Snowy here...

MTV is supposed to mean "Music Television". Not only is it not Music they play on that horrid thing, it's not even Television. It's the newest, hippest, raddest, rat crap they can whore together in order to bring in money from all the "cool" teens.

MTV used to actually...you know...have music videos...and..did things. Nowadays, it's what the skimpiest shirt the newest female "DJ" will wear (What's it matter, she'll replaced in two days) and how many version of "Yo" they can squeeze between a dictionaries pages as they sodomize the english language with every variation of slang they can think of.

Reality T.V. is not reality, it's what people want you to think is reality so you buy the things that 'those' people wear, because that's what reality is.

Give me back Jackass and Music, and then we can consider MTV something other than what it really is, the bottom of the barrel in today's programming.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Sweet Sixteen, is the most, horrid show to ever cross anything. I hate the show, and I hate the people on the show. Those stuck up little girls don't know what it is to work for anything, they don't know what friendship is, they don't know anything besides what daddy will buy them. They are the worst example the human race has to offer in regards to showing...well...humans.

not to mention MTV bought CMT, so goodbye music videos for CMT in the next few years

I had written pretty much all of that out. Then I changed it to those two sentences. Not only all of that stuff that you've shown, but their little thirty minute clip for furries pissed me off.

it feels... it feels like... like... watching a bullet being shot at you in slow motion. REAL SLOW.

no worse, seeing your xbox blow in to tiny little shreds and then seing the harddrive and your xbox games being fried on frying pan...

in other words, i just feel like i need a shoulder to cry on. i've been watching mtv for years.... *SOB!!!*

Newsflash: MTV sucks.

Oh sure, it used to be great... you know, back when they actually had music. Now MTV's just one massive pre-teen agnst-fest. All of the shows are aimed at middle school aged emo kids with nothing better to do than watch pathetic garbage on TV while they're waiting for their myspace to update.

but yeah mtv is suppose to be music television, and so if viva la bam or punk'd isn't on, i just watch mtv2 (which actually has music on it, but gonzo is one wierd guy.)or watch my favorite music channels, karanng (sp) and scuzz, rock on.

Like with many other people i think MTV sucks. I really hate reality shows, because they are all fake and people are paid to do stupid stuff, and that is all MTV plays anymore.

MTV is Music TV, well its on TV but they dont play Music anymore, now they show crappy reality shows

Asking what my favorite MTV show is is like asking me which extremely long and painful method I'd like to die by.

That said, Jackass is funny because they're beating the hell out of themselves.
