I've been reading in this Drawing board forum for awhile now, and I've finally decided to see how my pictures would stack up to the critisism of the people on this forum (just kidding, you guys are really Supportive.)
So here it is. Sorry, no colors. :?

I'll post more if anyone digs. ^^;

No colors...that's about me in a nutshell! Wait no...no colors AND no backgrounds. Now that's me in a nutshell XD

Overall I like the drawing though. :) But the right eye(his left eye) looks weird to me and I can't place why ;o Something about the left side of his jacket looks a little out of place as well. I think it's his shoulder or something....dunno. :P

>.> Yeah, if I had something nifty like photoshop or something I could color it, but as of now my only means are Microsoft Paint and color pencils. X_X
Backgrounds...that would just ruin it. XD
I'm not good at making the backgrounds...look like that they'er part of the picture, so I leave them out. But I do practice them.
As for the eye, (left right?) I think I drew it a little too high and slightly smaller. :(
Thanks for the point-outs. :)

And yes, the style I was (trying) to replicate, especially in the clothing was Gravitation (don't ask)

Gimp is free, and it has similar features to photoshop, if you're interested in inking/coloring.

Personally I prefer to use Flash; I create a new layer above the layer with the sketch, lock the sketch's layer, and then create lines both curved and straight exactly over where the pencil was. This way, I have an 'inking' of the drawing that is in vector format and thus ca be resized without pixelation.

the left eye looks weird (right by viewer percetpion) but other than that, excellent.

um, you know now that I think about it, the face is supposed to look slanted, tilted up and turned a little... :oops:
I guess I didn't make that dynamic enough huh? ^^;

Wow nice shading! Also I realy don't like color. It sorta messes up my drawing.
