And here's Trace's wife. She's pretty good looking, Evil Trace had good taste, at least.

I can see how this might develop into a difficult situation. This Saria seems to care for Trace quite a lot (even though it seems clear that Trace has made his choice by what he says in the last panel).

And what's Flora doing in the background, anyway?

This has gotta be a ruse. Wasna the tavern girl evil Trace's girl?
OR maybe they are all from different periods. Pre power crazed Trace's girl (Saria?), evil Trace's girl(Maren), and now friendly fellow Trace's girl (Flora).

Well, if that is her house behind her she obviously never enjoyed the benefits of evil Trace's power. Also, these templar here seem very friendly with Trace.... but this is a port city, all news gathers in such places, certainly they would know him as evil Trace. Curiouser and curiouser.

I do like the resistance member chasin down poor Flora. My they must have dressed quickly.

Trace is a luckly guy -- but i cant help but think that this woman is Neutral -- reason being-- she's wearing Grey! And we all know GREY is the NEUTRAL COLOR! Then again shes really cute... and we all know cute things cant be evil... nope... err---
Well anyways its about time Tom drew a normal human girl that really looks good! Sorry but Human Flora just wasnt very cute - nope. ^_^
Dont argue with me on this - I know the other human girls are cute too ^_^ but this one just has that uber cute look... even though shes crying ^_^

Good perspective view but i think it should be sky and not white (maybe a swirling cloud look for that panel... i think that would look great ^_^)

Notice in the 6th panel Saria's eye is completely redish-brown. I wonder if the Templar in the first panel is her body guard. (For now we will call him Mr. No Face.)

Forgot to mention -- the background for this firt panel looks great Tom! I think This goes in as one of my favorites for best art and color ^_^
Did i mention she looks and acts really cute? I dont see how (as people like to call him) "Evil Trace" could have been married to such a cute girl-- so i still think somethings "fishy" :cry:

She is far too cute n nice for Evil Trace.
Maybe neutral set this up long long ago, planned it out to a t.
Impersinated Trace, wood cute girl, promised love 4 evas, then mysteriously disappear to leave her waiting, nuke Trace's memory, set up a relationship tween em, then use the wife / resistance to rip em apart, sperating Flora n Trace, n mkain em hate eachother enough for some sort of glorious revolution.

MAn, i feel sorry for this wife in any case. She obviously SEEMS nice. Shes really cute, and if she really believes this (due to it being true or implaneted in her mind) then its obvious she did at least care for Trace, making this long speration terrible. Well, at least she may beleive it was due to amnesia, and not due to the one she loved betraying her n leaving. She obviously blamed herself beforehand "something I did" kinda deal. Although it likely feels very depressing to have been completely forgotten by someone who you shared love. I hope Trace handles this well ... Emotional stability of cute girl obviously hangs in the balance. If he says "I ahve no idea who you are and i never intend to see you again" or something to that effect it would be crushing. Of course there is no way he can do the opposite without offending Flora. And of course he has not been all too thoughtful of Flora recently anyway. People think that this is lucky, truely it would be a terrible choice, which beutiful, compassionate, lovestruck girl do you crush. Will you ahve made hte right choice? Is there anyway to handle this tactfully enough to not scar anyone perminantly. And even then, have you chosen your true soulmate, eternal love and happiness, or was it the wrong decision, eternally alienating yourself from your true love and getting a fake love in return. I would find that a much more terrible fate than having to search for your soulmate for a long period of time as this definition of luck implies to be "unlucky"

That would make sense, but according to the cast page there is no pre-Evil Trace era. Trace first killed someone when he was 15, and he was wiping out Keidran villages by 19. It's unlikely he was married before all of this.

How did he know her name was Sara? Did i miss somthing?

Well, for the Evil Trace matter, they could have married anyway; she missled in some way. Or they could have married before he went to nuts (even though it seems unlikley), but the old grand templar said he had no heart. But ok, some still have needs without a heart :roll: .


I think the might have seen his wife ^^ and/or heared what they said, it ain't good for Flora that Trace have such a nice wife.


Saria if I aint wrong (probably am). And I just tought it was due to some memorie loss that gets "filled" every now and then. So that when he saw her, he remembered some parts maybe...?

Who Trace got a cute wife, and that means competition fore Flora.

He probably remembered her name because he saw her again, just like he knew Flora's. wish we still don't know how he knows.
And why is Flora so happy? I think she is going white the resistance to her home but, she didn’t want to go home before so why now? Is Trace going to leave his wife and then see that Flora has gone away white the resistance then he would have lost both. Maybe Trace has gone to fare, but then why does she say that Trace betrayed her if she walked away from him?

This is confusing...Usually I can find the hidden meanings in songs, poems, ect but this eludes me.... :cry:

Isnt it possible that Trace knew her name because someone told him before he saw her or she was announced (like royalty in the old settings ya know...) And i cant tell if Flora is happy or sad in this one-- "Nyah" can be a happy noise or a "keep away!" noise... well it can be anything ^_^ and because shes running well its near impossible to tell which she means....
Either way I cant wait till Wed... and so far no complaints for me not updating today! Yay!

Interesting.... She certainly isn't what I expected for "evil Trace"'s wife. I wonder if Neutral has somehow put her up to this- implanted the memories or some other hollywood plot device.

I really like the frame of Flora running from the Templar Resistance Worker (TRW, for now). But I thought that frame number 3 looked a little odd- It's like Saria's head is a few inches back further than it should be. When I initially looked at that frame, the curve of her dress really enhanced the effect- made it look like she was arching her back fully and throwing her head back... (Sorry for the criticism, Tom- it's meant constructively!)

Can't wait to see where this goes...

Did anyone notice she has red eyes? 0.o thats...quite...unusual...But then again so is purple hair :o

and the plot thickens... *DUN DUN DUNNNN* i also like the guards outfit... i must steal it... :twisted:
