Well this is my drawing. I'm still new at this. Please give me advise so I can get better.

The feet are a bit small, but other than that, it's great! (very original)

One of the characters from the case closed (Japanese version, 名探偵コナン) I agree about the feet, maybe the hands a bit larger (I'm a proprtional freak).

Yeah I guess they are to small and yes it is from a japanese manga 名探偵コナン the american show case closed.

I'm guessing he's partially hunched over, but I'm not sure because...well there's no shading. In anycase, his lower legs seem a little too short for his upper legs. And yes..the feet and hands are a little on the small side...but hands are evil (or so I think)...so don't focus too much on fixing that right away. I'm guessing he's got a cape attached to his shoulders, but it's a little hard to distinguish around the shoulders. (I'm not sure what character he is because I've never really seen the series/manga). Asides from that, maybe work on the folds in the clothing a little. I can't say much in that regard cause I'm fairly bad with clothing myself lol. However, overall I'd say it's pretty good. :) Just keep at it.
