His feet look like you're looking at him straight on, but his upper half looks like he's tilted to the right somewhat. Which I guess you could stand like that, but it's gotta be uncomfortable :P. :P But his right arm is a little too visible. Because of the angle, and the bulkiness of the jacket, it should be somewhat hidden/obscured. His right side is apparently either missing a line...or he's a very large man :p You stated unfinished, but I'm not sure what's finished and what isn't lol. His left forearm seems a little short. And a small detail, at the back of his head, the mask he's wearing shouldn't line up up with the helmet, unless it's wrapped around it I guess? o.O

And I will stop there...cause my head hurts. >.>

Overall the proportion isn't too bad, and as a first attempt at a person I think it's great. Just keep it up :)

The feet were a fairly poor attempt at fore-shortening :P , as well as his right arm. Yeah, I'm not satisfied with his arm or legs.(Curse thee knees.) His helmet stops there, so the mask is wrapped around the back of his head, I should draw a knot or something.

if the person is holding the rifle, make it appear as if his thumb was on the other side. overall, looks good. 8)
