This is a fun one! ok, here's the setting, there's an apocalyptic event that's going to happen within 72hrs, what are you going to do with your last 72 hours before your impending doom?

Whoopsies, make sure you read the forum rules before posting on the forum. There's a limit of only two active games, which are stickied at the top of the board.

Mods, I'm upping the repurchase price of your thunder to 3 payments of $24.99, plus extra handling. I'm not responsible for over-handling damages.

(By handling I mean fondling inappropriately.)

Sometimes I wrap myself in a fake moderator cape and prance around the neighborhood, spraypainting links to the forum rules on their bathroom windows.

This doesn't sound like a game, actually.

Like a hitman, XD

@GD: Seems like one. Just posting what you would do before the apocolypse. Not a particularly long-lasting one, but I think Yash is either going to see it as a game attempt or a spam thread.

Actually, I remember trying one like this. I don't think it was considered a game, but it didn't last long either. I think it died from off-topicness.

Well, just give the rules a read and you should be fine. It's not like we have 50 of them to follow. The main one for the Ranting Board is not to create topics that waste space. The mods usually like to see threads here with an obvious, relevant topic. ;)

Oh, and obviously things need to stay PG-13 here. So skirting around our lovely censors is a no-no though it's quite fun as well as posting any images that are overtly suggestive. A good rule of thumb is that if your boss would get angry at you for it, try not to post it.

Conversations do tend to go off-topic, and while most of the mods are okay with that in the other boards, this one is notorious for having that rule rigidly enforced. Try not to take a topic about "Is My Professor Right For Doing This?" onto a diversion about the time you got food poisoning at Burger King. The mods will usually let you know when you're getting too far off topic, but sometimes if it happens too much or goes too far, the topic will simply be locked.

Oh, and if you're going to link mature content, be sure to accompany it with a very obvious "MATURE CONTENT!" warning.

Other than that, the rest is just common sense. Try not to spark political debates, religious arguments, and all that nastiness. If you do want to bring it up, make sure it relates to a recent event at least.

^^ This isn't so hard...

Besides, what a person would do on the "last day on earth" would depend on whether or not they knew it was the last day...I mean, if you don't know your doom is imminent, you're very likely to carry on as if it's a normal day.
