As some of you may know, i am a Call of Duty fan, mostly of four, however i thought two was above the normal Nazi killing simulator. Now, here is my rant about Cod4.

Okay, so when i bought Cod4 i played through the single-player, and when i finished i was officially a fan of what has to be the best first person shooter story EVER. It had everything, a kickass captain, two types of warfare, one being the marine type where you go in and just kill everything, one being the sneaky [censored] way of the S.A.S. and i loved it. Ever bit of it. I honestly don't have anything to say at all about the single player besides that every second of it filled my body with orgasmic glee.

Then i logged on to the wonderful world of multiplayer, and wow. I was immediately filled with sorrow for anyone who bought this solely for the single player. Then i was filled with envy for everyone who would never play this. The game is fun, a lot of fun, if the single player was orgasmic, this was like a constant stream of finishes. However the game was sadomasochistic, you realized through the kill cam that every kill someone got against you was through either sheer dumb luck,or simple grenade spamming, and you started dying a lot, and thinking that after you have been playing for hundreds of hours that it would stop, that you could get one kill for every five deaths, instead it simply continues, however its like...well to put into terms that most will understand, its like it continually kicks you in the balls, then gives you a hit of crack cocaine. I still, to this day play it, more than ever, and cannot simply stop, for i my friends am a hopeless junkie to the raving sadistical world of CoD4 online.

That is all i have to say about that.

I rarely had a problem with all of my deaths being dumb luck, and I usually do really well. (See below image, I go as GunWolf.)

If you want masochism is CoD4, play through the whole game on veteran.
Unfortunately, I haven't played since I got TF2 and reinstalled BF2. I probably suck now, and I probably won't touch the game again.

I understand your pain, I have been killed by random grenades across the map before, but I usually have enough time to react thanks to the warning system.

In short, if you really want to stop playing, get Team fortress 2.
In fact, if you want to stop playing any thing at all, get Team Fortress 2.
