Ahh, sorry about that Optix, I haven't had a computer for like 3 days lol. Yeah, I should of put this up earlier.
3 forms of magic.
Symbol, Sacrifice and Chant
Symbol:- Pretty obvious, before battle, the mage draws a symbol and then when it is needed they use their mind to use one of the elements in form of a spell.
Sacrifice:- Also quite obvious. The mage sacrifices something e.g. Blood, limb, other beings to summon forth monsters, other people or animals, weapons.
Chant:- This form of magic specializes in using external items as defence or status magic.
Symbol (more detail)
Symbol magic is as I said above when the mage draws a symbol to utmost perfection on their body or on a scroll. When the mage thinks it in their mind or when used with chant magic, they chant the words, elemental magic from the earth is drawn into their bodies and fired from the point of the symbol. However if the mage places the symbol on their body on the another object the magic can come from any other point that is touching the symbol.
Example.
A mage has come to a point in battle that they wish to use a fire spell. They pull out a quill and ink and draw a symbol on their palm. They then believe in the power of fire and fire erupts from the symbol i.e. the palm and is fired at the opponent or target. However, lets say the mage wishes to use a earth spell. They draw the symbol on their palm again and then place their palm on the ground. A cylinder of earth erupts from the ground underneath their opponent or the target.
Elements
There are five main elements in this circle Fire > Wind > Earth > Lightning > Water, and then it goes around again. The direction of the arrow mean that the element before it is stronger e.g. Earth is stronger than Lightning. The effectivness of the spell against an elemental mage is also the same.
Example.
If somebody used an Earth spell against a Lightning mage its effectiveness would be 1.5, but if a mage used an earth spell against a wind mage the effectivness would be 0.5 and if a mage used an earth spell against a fire, water or earth mage then the effectivness would be 1.
There are also three other 'elements' named Shadow, Light and Spirit. Shadow and Light are stronger than the other.
Example.
If a mage used a shadow spell against a Light mage, the effectivness would be 1.5. If a light spell was used against a light mage the effectivness would be 0.5. If a shadow spell was used against a shadow mage than the effectivness would be 0.5. If you used a light spell against a shadow mage then the effectivenss would be 1.5. Also shadow and light spells have an effectivness of 1 if used againts any other mage.
Spirit magic has no advantages or disadvantages. The damage it deals is always 1 and the damage a spirit mage recieves is 1.
Sacrifice magic
Sacrifice magic is pretty much ritual magic. The cost of the sacrifice is greater depending on the thing you are summoning. E.g. if you are summoning a badly made sword the sacrifice would be a couple of drops of blood. If you were summoning a demon lord then the sacrifice would be a fair few of human lives.
Chant Magic
Chant magic is used to reduce the cost of the above types of spells.
Chant magic can also be used for status and defensive magic e.g. barriers
Magic Mediums.
Magic mediums can range from magic crystals, ancient tomes and books, scrolls. Magic crystals are used for all three types of magic. Books are used only for sacrifice and scrolls are only used for symbol
Familiars
Mages who excel in Sacrifice are known as Summoners and these summoners, depending on their power level can summon different kinds and different types of familars to aid them in battle. They only have to offer the sacrifice the first time.
Your Magic Type is the type of magic you are best at out of the Ritual, Symbol and Chant.
Symbol Magic
This is given to all Classes:
A small fireball is shot from the point of the symbol=The symbol is a flicker of flame.
The ground rises from the floor, maximum of 3 metres in height=The symbol is of two rocks, one behind the other, the symbol must then be placed on the floor.
A funnel of water flies at the opponent=3 wavy lines above one another.
A gust of wind blows at the opponent=The symbol is a cloud and the wind fires from the point of the symbol.
The users hand glows blue and the targets minor wounds e.g. Bruises, small cuts, if used long enough, even deep cuts=The user draws a leaf and places the symbol against the wound.
Black Mage:
Improvments of all the others. The fire is more intense, the wind can blow people and animals away, the earth can raise to about 20 metres etc.
I'm lazy so I'm going to leave the rest up to your imagination, however, the magic I put down next which is for Dark Mage, is exclusive to dark mage.
Dark Mage:
Flare=Non-elemental, fire looking blast. No symbol required.
Rai=A large lightning bolt strikes the ground. No symbol required.
Demi=The target is engulfed by a black sphere. The longer the target spend in the sphere, the weaker they get. No symbol required.
Ultima=Non-elemental, green cannon like blast. No symbol required.
Possible Limit Break: Apocolypse=The target is surrounded by a large amount of ethereal swords and are attacked from all directions.
White Mage=I think you can all think about this. But there isn't like five second healing when the guys been stabbed in the chest etc.
For your limit break, It has to be a single attack or combo, It is allowed to auto hit but not auto kill.
Example: Your character gains immense speed and time appears to stop. They attack the opponent and stab him/her in the chest. For the sake of it being fair, your character for some reason doesn't deliver the final blow but by a strange coincidence they miss his/her heart.

Character Name: Kenta
Character Age: 14
Character Class: Monk
Character sub-class: Gun Mage
Character Appearence: Kenta wears a black cloth that covers his face and ties at the back of his head. His clothing consists of a baggy cotton v-neck t-shirt and fingerless white gloves and he mostly wears baggy combat pants and black zipped boots.
Character Personality: Kenta shows no emotion and rarely speaks. He doesn't exactly act cold to others but because his voice lacks emotion, even when he is congratulating somebody it is confused as an insult.
Character History: Kenta was left on the Gallerian Magic Academy doorstep at the age of three. When they discovered him he had do ears. He spent all his life at GaMA and has gotten to know all the teachers and mentors there.
Character Weakness': His lack of emotion causes him to not think about a situation logically.
Character Strengths: His lack of emotion allows him to kill without any hesitation and he also follows orders to the letter.
Character Race: Viera
Character Element: Light
Character Magic Type: Chant
Character Weapon: A silver chain is around his neck and it has a small mallet shaped pendant with the same design engraved onto the pendant. If Kenta causes his blood to fill that groove and he says the word "Come" his weapon will appear in his right hand. His actual weapon is an overly sized enchanted Mallet. The shaft is roughly 1 story long and the head, from flat end to flat end is roughly half a storey (Sorry but I'm not good with measurements.) The Mallet is enchanted that if Kenta is the one holding it, it weighs nothing, but if another tries lifting it, it changes its weight to more than the person can carry. Kenta also carries two pistols for mid-long ranged combat.
Character Abilities: None, yet...
Character Allignment: Neutral, for now...
Character Limit Break: Not obtained.
Your Name: Ross Wild
User Name: ...\-ex-/...
Character Name: Ryozo
Character Age: 18
Character Class: Unknown
Character sub-class: None
Character Appearence: Ryozo has a plain black cotton top with a v-neck and strings that are usually not tied. His black baggy pants are a form of cotton aswell. His black boots are plain and weared but he doesn't waste money on new clothes. He has long, shoulder-lenght black hair.
Character Personality: Ryozo is an extremely cold person. He will act nice to others to make them help him and then either abonden them or kill them, which ever he feels nescassary. Ryozo is the 'boy' from the prolouge and it is not even certain that Ryozo is his real name. His life now consists of tracking Judge Kane, who he will never cease hunting until one of them dies. Ryozo had no childhood and as such he doesn't know how to handle social experiences and conversations. He prefers to live in the open with his trusty sidekick Wolf.
Character History: As said in the prolouge, Ryozo had his entire village killed and destroyed by the seemingly ageless Judge Kane. There is no interest in his life after that unless you wish to hear of 13 years worth of tracking accounts.
Character Weakness': Ryozo's cold front gets him into a lot of trouble. His rage at Kane tends to side track him. His lack of teamwork. His weapon, it gives him one swing and if he misses he is left wide open. He does this on purpose to attone for his sins.
Character Strengths: His talent and abilities. His keen eye.
Character Race: Hume
Character Element: Water/Ice
Character Magic Type: Symbol
Character Weapon: He originally used a longsword that belonged to Kane but he replaced it with a huge Zweihander (blame Soul Calibar 4). This sword is beautifully designed with flame designs running down the blade, clashing with his natural element.
Character Abilities: None, his raw talent is enough.
Character Allignment: Neutral, although it drifts to the side of Evil.
Character Limit Break: Unknown
