Ok, I was out and about in town this morning and I ran into a few old friends of mine and the first thing they did was look me up and down then just stared into my eyes and said "What happened to you?, you have really changed..." I am a bit lost I don't know what they ment and they just changed the topic when I asked...

So you think, they have an outward perspective which makes it easier for them to see change. You might think your the same, but they might see it more easily. Again, I'd ask them cause we can't tell.
