'tis a world much like our own. Except for the Anthropomorphs. And the existence of magic. And the cyborgs, and the demons, and the Superheroes...Okay, so it's not all that much like our world.

Some things to note-SHMA (Super Hero Montioring Agency) is the orginization that recruits, trains, houses, and backs superheroes. It belongs to no nation. Supervillain characters will be allowed. Try to keep your powers limited though, as the best superheroes are off-world fighting a war with Dr. Romanov in the Andromeda Galaxy. It's a comic book world, so feel free to come up with something neat for your character.

It should also be noted that there are a few violent groups against supers, anthros, mages, cyborgs, and pretty much everything else.



I do also have a few NPCs that I'm willing to upgrade to PCs and let you guys run. PM me for details.
NOTE: CHARACTERS CAN AND PROBABLY WILL DIE! I will try to make sure that such deaths at least make sense, though.

This will only end in tears. You set no upper limit.

I fully expect this to turn into a biggest wang contest by week's end (And not the fun type like Mea's literal Munchkin character, but a serious one). A sort of power-ceiling would be a good start.

Right then.

If you can punch out a starship, nuke a city, or generally slaughter a large force, then the answer is no. I'm going for spider-man or the invisible man level powers, not Jean Grey, Superman, Franklin Richards, or Onslaught.

Banned powers:
Telekinesis. There are so, so many ways this could be abused it isn't worth the time to try to limit it.
Power Copying-same thing.
Time-Anything.
Resctricted Powers-i'll be more wary of characters with these.
Nigh invunerablity, Regeneration, Telepathy, Superspeed, mind control.

[b]Personality: Deadly serious, though he looks like a clown, he has a slight sense of humor, but it is twisted.
[b]Powers/Abilities: Instant Hypnosis, If he can catch your eye, even for a split second, he can hynpotise you. Really smart.
[b]Equipment: Assorted freeze rays, and a heat ray, jumping boots, as like any supervillian he is a bit of an inventor.
[b]Weaknesses: Almost as fragile as any other human, but he is about 1.5 as strong or fast as a human.
[b]History: Watched every cartoon episode he coud see, and he never liked the heroes. They never got what was coming to them. He always liked the supervillians more, he saw every mistake supervillains could make and found way to correct the situation. He discovered his own powers at the age of 15, but he had seen on tv what happened to those who abused the powers that they got, so he kept from using them except in situations that absolutely required them, he did hone them on his dog, and little sister, he found that there were very few things he could not do to the mind, he is still discovering what is possible. He got good grades, and he hypnotised the official sent to draft him on the ship.

Well, gonna go add mind control to the list. I ish watching yous...
