I'm one of the few here who actually lacks artistic talent, but I still like sketching and stuff. I don't have any fancy schmancy programs or tablets to draw on. I use sketching paper, No.2 pencils, erasers, and pens. That's it. My scanner is built into my terrible printer and it gives everything a yellow tint for some absurd reason, but here we go.

These are a few characters from the comic "Mouse Guard" And yes I realize I spelled guard wrong on the paper. It was 2AM ok :(. If you like the characters and want to read the comic, then go to your local comic book store, because Mouse Guard is actually sold in stores. Out of all of these Sadie was the biggest pain to draw. The angle was all weird and there really wasn't much detail I could put into her. I actually started doing another pose of Kenzie, but I couldn't draw it without looking like his face was shoved through a blender.

Comments? Critique? Not that I'd really take any critique because I just draw out of pure boredom.

More sketches coming soon. (maybe)

Mouse Guard! I remember that comic. Good times, good times.

Anyway, you'r doing pretty well at aping the style. I'd need to see more, but you know, whatever. Still, they look a little "wobbly", try and improve on that.

Yeah, whenever I would sketch or doodle I'd use notebook paper with the lines, I kind of just drew randomly while reading. I don't have that steady of a hand, nor did I take more than 10 minutes on each of these drawing. Since I have nothing to do today, I may draw again, but put more effort into it.

EDIT: Also, I'm sketching scenes from the comic (not tracing...). Which is why they look offset and incomplete. When I sketch enough and pick up the style well enough I'll probably draw my own "Mouse Guard" stuff.
