Exile from the Island for good possibly, but I'm not sure if a Bastlin can marry a Keidran but I did remember that it seemed unusual for a Human to declare a Keidran their mate but I'm unsure if the same rules applies for Bastlins.

Keith was already about to married to Laura once, so it is not that unusual.

If they should get married, considering the current chapter, any problems with the basitin will probably have been cleared out or rather increased exponentially, that a marriage won't make a difference.

Zen is teasing Natani and if he really would have disliked Natani being around Keith, we would have known so by now. Instead he's teasing Natani about the fact that she seems to like keith. The only reason why Zen would attack Keith no w would be that he was ordered too.
Also, I don't think that Zen is likely to forget who injured him in the first place, would risk a second time.

Get married?

Right... I don't see that happening for a looooong time. They can't even touch eachother right now. Marriage is quite a few more steps down the road.

There's also the fact that Alaric ordered Keith to kill Natani... that might be a minor inconveinence...
