Here is the basic idea:
This is the normal world, people die. sometimes however someone accidentally, avoids their death. these people no longer exist to other people, in a sense they are ghosts, but they can still affect physical objects. they can see the 'time limit' on other people's lives. Some of these people try to save other people from dying, others turn into thieves just for the fun of it, since they cannot sell thes items, the ones who stael are called the 'Phantom thieves' by those who still live. The ones whos ave people are normally referred to as 'Guardian angels.

After to this I have no idea, some suggestion might be possible.

well, i commend you for posting it at least, instead of keeping it in your head. i think it would've kept probing your mind and you would've had anxiety problems until you finally posted it.

Yeah, I got the idea from a movie on youtube. It was something to do with the song savin me by nickelback.

How is that a bad move? Most people got their ideas from assorted movies, video games, books or the comic Two-kinds itself.

This seems a little like shinigami from deathnote, since they can manipulate objects, can't be seen, and can see peoplee's "time limit".
