Hello People,
I'm somewhat of a lurker in the forums but have been a fan of Tom's work for quite some time. This is my first post so take it easy on me. You might have heard about me before from Ana (she posts her art here http://2kinds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6809).

Not really much of an artist, but here is a vectorized image of one of Ana's sketches:

I will keep posting some of my stuff if people show interest. You will eventually see more of me when Ana and my webcomic goes live (www.anakuro.com) but meanwhile here is a little of what I do:

Just to make sure you don't jump out of your seat and stab me, I did take inspiration off of Blame! from Tsutomu Nihei's artwork, and not i-Robot (even though there is some resemblance).

Hope you enjoy.

Well, well, well, look what the cat dragged in.
...
I'm sory, I wanted to have a vaugely threatening first post. You know, for fun.

I like what you did with the color on Ana's picture. Color is so verry beyond me that I am naturally envious of anyone who can employ it with some skill. Though I have to say it is a little large, and Ana's breasts seem a little too highlighted with the light. Not somthing I am overly fond of.

Otherwise, the color and background are rather nice If I do say so myself.

On another note though robots are, in general, awesome.

Nice reflection. What's the robot going to do? Is the robot merely curious? Though I'll admit, the subject doesn't look terribly frightened by the robot. Disconcerted, perhaps. Though it's hard to tell. ;)

The coloring looks very good, Kuro. I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys put together. I've got high hopes.

From the first picture, I only have to say : WOW o.O
Dunno why but the legs of the guy seem kind of short (just my opinion though)

For the second picture, as far as I can see, pretty good with the models, but the first thing that made me wonder is the lighting. The street light should do some light on the robots cause their metal looks like it can shine easily. I don't know which program you used, but I know that with XSI, the type of light should be Spot.

Overall, really great! *thumbs up*

Alright then, here are some other things:

This is a 3D version of M.C Escher's Lithographic print called "Relativity"
Enjoy!

Everyone loves MC Escher. Everyone.

I like this. Though I don't know if 3d translates to his style very well, this certainly pulls off the reality bending.

It's far more colorful than the origional, that's for certain

Thanks guys.
Here is something that I whipped up for Ana, I cant draw nearly as well as she can, nor as fast as her (yeah I'm super slow). Thought I might try to stay in topic with "Drawing board".

Some fanservice ^_~

Cute, and very cartoonish. I like it.

There is just somthing to be said about charaicatures isn't there? The headphones are a nice touch as well.

And did you say you were slower than Ana? Ana says she's slow. Just how slow are you people?

I'm guessing like
Hey guys there's this snail on a tortoise! Let's drop 5000 pound weights on them and see how fast they go!
I think that's a pretty good estimate.

Me thinks you should draw more. XD I normally don't go for cartoony styles all that much, but that made me smile. XD
