Don't think there are any limits to picture size, but I think you need to link it with from another hosted site tho. I'm sure the moderators would kill you if you have too big of a sig pic anyways.

The only limit I can see is:
Signature:
This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 255 character limit.

The Mods will warn you if your sig is too big. Don't get ridiculous, but don't think "OMFG, this picture is 130 pixels tall, I can't use it."

There is a line to be crossed, but I don't think there is a definite set limit on size.

But catgirls cannot be insulted; they are immune.

Good point, but still i do need a better animation. it is worth like 1000 points. I think it is stupid though we are using photoshop elements for animations. All the computers have correl painter which is 20 times better at animations on them but our new art teacher we got this year doesn't like painter, she says we all need to learn illstrator if we want to get any where in the art world but, frankly my whole class is in the class for an art credit for the honors diploma. I will become a pharmacist of Er nurse.

I think a good rule of thumb is that, if the signature takes more screen real estate than the actual content of your average post (especially if the signature blinks, flashes, animates, changes, fades, or otherwise does something which is could distract someone from your words), it might be too big. But hey, I don't even have one, so what do I know? :P

Use common sense, is all I have to say. I could have included a lot more in my siggy but decided against it.
