Going through the IMDb Top 250 might be a good idea. :P

Anyway, movies I can think of:
Snatch
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Fight Club
Twelve Monkeys
Little Miss Sunshine
Boondock Saints
V for Vendetta

Also, I'm not sure it's wise to imply what you just did. Some people take piracy quite seriously.

Nice! Have you seen In Bruges yet?
;3

Don't forget the other Monty Python movies - Meaning of Life is a personal favorite...

~ Strange Brew - Classic, old-school dry Canadian humor...
~ The entire Evil Dead franchise...
~ Outland - Sean Connery is the Space Marshal of a mining colony - 'nuff said...
~ Old School - One of the funniest movies I've ever seen...
~ The Big Lebowski - The Dude Abides...
~ Pulp Fiction - A must-see...

I could go on and on...
X3

Nope, I'm afraid not. It looks promising though. I better check it out while it's still in theaters.

A fine list you've got there, by the way. :)

-Stranger than Fiction

-Blade (Don't bother with the sequels)

-Hellboy

-Click

-Almost any given Marvel movie (Exempt Daredevil- I personally enjoyed just about every other one, even the Hulk)

-Star Trek: Nemesis (You don't have to like Star Trek. Unless you have an exemplary hatred for it, this is still good)

-MIB

-Batman Begins

Comedy: Stand-Up would be good here. A quick browse through a video site (Youtube and the liking) should let you get some good samples.

Airplane is always worth a watch as well. And a seconding for the Evil Dead series(Army of Darkness is more Comedy than action, the first much less so).

For action, all I can think of at the moment is the Original Die Hard.

What you need sir, is to go and get Shootem' up. It is the only action movie where the plot really is window dressing.

He kills a guy with a carrot! A carrot!

That's because you were expecting a plot. Which there is none. The whole point of the movie is the shooting. :P

That was sort of the point actually. I normally can't watch action movies
because they attempt a "plot" and I can't stand that. If you are going to have a plot at least make it a good one. But most action movies throw in a plot that makes no sense and is long.

What I liked about shoot em up was that there was almost no plot. The action sequences actually outnumbered the plot sequences in number and length. It was a bad movie yes, but it was only a vehicle for awesome stunts.

if you want a good movie go atch Citezen Kane :D
