Hiya folks, newbie here. I know that I should be saying why I joined this forum: The awesome comic and how I'm hooked on it, but there's one teeny tiny problem.

I can't read it. Not haven't read it, can't read it. The comic on the main page of the site is fine but when I click "previous comic" or "comic archives" all I get is a white page where the comic should be.

Help please? I click the help link that's on the blank pages but they don't help me at all...so if there's any computer/internet experts out there, your help would lead to a new fan of what looks to be a very cool comic.

Cheers.

The same thing happens to me but if I turn off the Privacy Control in Norton the pages appear. You can also just go through Robbie's archive.

What web browser are you using? You have to have your browser sending referrer headers. not sure how to do it in IE, but I know how in Firefox and I can look it up in IE.

Here's my suggestions:

1. Reinstall Firefox. One priority.

2. It COULD be possible that it's being caused by spyware and such. Try out Spybot: Search and Destroy. Don't know if it'll help, but it's a shot.

3. Norton. I guess... it could be serious.

4. It sometimes helps to restart the computer. Works for me, anyway.

Don't do any of that yet. Try this:
Open a new window/tab/whatever and type about:config into the address bar. Under Filter, type in 'network.http.sendRefererHeader' (without the quotes). Change the value there to 2, then try loading an old comic page. You should see the comic instead of the white box. If not, try hitting Ctrl+F5 on the comic page. If none of that works, let us know.

Ok I've tried the network thingy, the value was already 2 when I checked it. I also used the Ctrl+F5...nadda. It's not working I'm afraid (:\)

Are you using any extensions that might affect it, like Stealther?
