I'm at work now, but I'm planning on having some serious fun tonight. It's been a great holiday weekend. Let me join Amber in wishing you all a happy Saint Patrick's and remember, we're celebrating when the good man drank all the snakes out of Ireland (well, that's not quite true) so let the Guinness flow freely for those of you who are legal to drink it. And for those who are not, buck up -- your time is coming. :P

Please, for those of you who plan on getting drunk tonight, PLEASE, for gods sake, be careful! I'm going to be out tonight as well, not drinking of course because I'm underage, but I really don't want myself, or anyone else getting hurt by drunk drivers.

So please, drink responsibly. And if you're going to drink, call a cab.

I can't argue with a bit of that. Drunk driving kills. Six of my hubby's classmates are gone because of someone else's bad judgement. I'm sure they thought they were fine, right up until they collided.

So, be careful my darlins, have fun my darlins, and I hope to see you all tomorrow on the boards, right? Right!

I miss being walking distance from an Irish pub. Those were the days... Of course, my body doesn't quite tolerate that sort of abuse as well anymore. :? Might be for the best that I've got to stay a little slowed down so I'm sober to drive, anyway.

Also, Mea, that's awesome.

I'm not the Bard of Cornwall, for anyone asking in the future. Just found him after searching for various versions of "Mairi's Wedding."

xD

I was listening to some rock music that had a bit of irish mixed into it ._. I honestly have no idea who the band was. I'm going to have to pay a visit to my friend and ask him.

I dunno if it's any of those. I know it's not Enya xD

But they really have a rock style to them.

If I can, I will find some alcohol and celebrate my Irish heritage by drinking away some problems. :)

Happy St Patty's!
