All the sites I find are either so unnavigable or plagued with porn ads and broken links that I can't find a file.

The difficulty is that Mugen is really just a base. It's a generic fighting system, designed to make it easy for you to add your own fighters to the game. The tubes carry many variations, and it will take time to find the particular characters you feel like you're after.

Yeah, as avwolf said, you have to add on your own characters, you can probably find some on Google that arn't plagued with ads or viruses.

Another really retarted game that i have not had the chance to play yet but heard horrible things about is:

Be Be's Kids or somthing like that. It REALLY REALLY SUCKS! :x
