Hey, all.

I'm going to bring something to the attention of everyone, especially Tom. Every time I read your comic, Tom. I always here of this huge War and amazing powers and intense action. Now, I'm not to say wether or not it should be in there and all, after all, this is a "human" drama. It's all about interaction and romance, you know, chemistry. But, if I keep on hearing all about this big war and amazing powers, well, I'd kinda want to see them. In the fight with Sythe in the first few chapters, I could barely tell if Trace and Sythe were really fighting, or, just standing there. Then, when Neutral and Trace were duking it out it seemed interesting, until, we zoomed out and looked at it from Keith's perspective. Everything just looked like it was at such a small scale compared to the perspective of Trace and Neutral. I'm sorry to say, but, one of the biggest factors of this happening is that there is no real sense or perception of where the ground is. Alot of the time it looks like people are standing sideways on a hill, when, actually, they're on flatter ground then the Arizona desert. If this continues, then the comic will not meet expectations of many people. I know people from the CC Awards and one of the reasons that you did not win, Tom, was in the art. I'm really sorry to have to critisize this like that, but, it's kinda true. It saddens me to see that you can envision emotions just from what your characters look like, but, then your environments and action are so lackluster. Compared to other comics, I love this one much more and that's because it's a "human" story with characters who could pass off as real people, yet, they are much more interesting then real people. While, other comics have superb art and environments, yet, no brains to them whatsoever. I'm sorry to have to be such a hard critic and I'm sad to have to say these things about such a great comic, but, I want to see justice to this comic no the opposite.

Please, Tom, read this and don't take offense, for, none is intended. And all of the Twokinds fans, you don't have to violently attack me, just say so, and i will take my life.Reply ant tell me what you think, you could take the poll, too.

Ok, i command u to take your life. I expect it to be in the news, "2kinds critic takes own life". I didn't really notice anything u said, and i'm not going to look it up in the comic. I'm just a reader, not a judge

what is drama without action, and what is action with out fantastic magic bolts flying around, and what is fantastic with out cat(-like) girls?

simply put if this was all drama i wouldnt read it, i like a little drama mixed in with my action, or vice versa, but alone i dont really like them

the art isn't that bad. Tom is very good and only improving, i see your intentions mophead but you can't simply expect his improvement to come in leaps and bounds, but if you had taken a look you should have also notice its been improving. thats the most you can ever ask for is improvement bit by bit, little by little. you can't simply expect him to jump up to the best so quickly. Tom is roughly my own age, he hasn't had as much experince as most of the artists here have had and not too mention hes trying to keep a schedule to his art. your intentions are good enough but your expectations aren't.
of course this is only my opinion.

xero1 i still believe that Tom is still experienced enough to draw a comic like that

but that's not the point really-it's Tom's decision that he won't make an action comic, not his drawing experience

he decided to make smth with a deep story, smth that u can really think about, mixed with a try to stop racism(as said in his bio), which we can see by love between Flora and Trace-they care for each other personalities, not their race

AND HE'S DOING IT GREAT, say whatever u want

perhaps your right.

and i can only agree with putting a stop to racism.
i hate people with prejeduices, of course i thus in turn tend to hold a prejeduice of them. its a rather perplexing feeling. All i know is that i've only had bad experinces with prejeduice. you'd be suprised at some of the stories i could tell. but here is deffinatly not the place for it.
