Right, sorry if this is in the wrong place, Yash, but the Roleplay idea topic sticky didn't say anything about posting ideas for RPs, rather discussing issues about it. If it is in the wrong place, by all means either move or delete it.

Anyway, lately I've been reading the amulet of Samarkand, and it's actually quite an interesting story involving Djinns, imps, Afrits, and numerous greater and smaller demons, as well as the magicians that summon them. I was thinking that, if we went properly into depth between the relationship between magician and Djinn, and had the players roleplay accordingly, it would be quite an entertaining RP. I'll go more into detail once this topic shows some interest, I'm still reading the first book, but I've got the basic gist.

This topic is fine. It does not violate any rules. ~Yash

This type is alright, I did it for the Simple Ruler RP.

As for the RP, it should be alright, although most people would not like having to do a type of script in RPs(I know from experience, making and being.)

I've read all three books. In the second and third books they expand on the ideas of summoning and introduce some new groups, but it's pretty hard to explain it without spoiling the plot. If you where to make one, I'd recommend that it takes place faaaaaar from the main story, like in the american colonies instead of england, so we don't impact the story.

well, of course I'd make it an original story and not interfere with the classic.
