I go crazy on an exercise bicycle. It really makes up for all those hours you sit still.

I beat you all to finals. I've already been out for over a week. :D

But to relieve stress during cramming for finals, I do a lot of different things. I like to play guitar, stuff that's easy and FUN. Just simple chords to my favorite songs, it's great. I also like to do artistic things, like draw and play with my clay. That can be fun as well, but also frustrating when things don't come out right.

I'll have to try some of the things you all do as well and see how those work for me. :)

I try to get a good balance. I have finals for 3 days, but my friend is unlucky enough to have his last one on a Saturday.

The way I have my schedule set up is pretty simple. I have most of my classes in the morning, usually ending around 3:00 or so. From then until dinner (usually around 6:00) I do something athletic. Going running is a great way to relieve stress. After dinner, I go to study in the library until I finish (between 12:00 and 3:00). Then head back to my dorm, rinse and repeat.

I generally try to stay away from caffeine, simply because I don't want to get addicted again. I went cold turkey about a year ago. I still have coffee (or something from the java shop) every now and then, but I still hate the taste.

Anyone else here have to study with music? I can't stand the sound of nothing, and I usually have something playing in the background at all times.

2 words "Horse Tranquilizer".

Actually I'm not the type to get stressed over anything. If I do my best nothing else matters. Though music with discord has a calming effect on me (a day in the life, live and let die, etc...etc...).

Well as for me, I usually find the most insanely, graphically violent game I can, and just run through and kill everything that moves, and blowing up everything that will explode, and putting big amounts of big holes into anything that won't explode. I been playing lots of Black lately. Woot for custom soundtrack, because there is little to no music in the bloody game...Oh, and soldier of fortune 2, if I can find a store around my area that has it.....till I do, I settle for SoF1. Oh gods, the poor visual and audio quality.....But, lots of blood. Oh, and I listen to rock music whenever I do homework/study/ride on a bus. And, it helps to have good movies/tv shows to watch on breaks from studying. Um...I think that's about it. Wait, was I even supposed to post on here? I mean, I'm only in high school, and this thread was about college finals...Oh well.

Yes. I have to study with music. The silence is horrible. I'm just getting out of the habit of having music, TV, and chat on while studying. Now I can do just music and be okay.

Do you use music with lyrics or not? Sometimes it makes a difference for me.
