[CHARACTER NAME:] Cyral Erc [AGE:] 31 [CHARCTER DESCRIPTION:] Cyral is a relatively tall man (Almost exactly 6' tall), as well as fit and of average build. His body currently wears no permanent scars or blemishes, though it is unknown if this is through proper care or reliance on heal magics.
His well-kept brown hair is kept short, whilst he keeps a modest amount of facial hair to form his beard and mustache. His clothes and robes tend to be an icey blue or purple, and are often trimmed with Metalic colors. [PERSONALITY / MAIN ALLIANCE:] Neutral, for hire [RACE:] Human (100%), Caucasian [BACKGROUND / HISTORY:] Cyral, outside of the mainland, has little history known about him. Though known for almost a non-existant time as Eric Cyric, the time on the land was spent selling many of the goods he came with, then disappeared from any major settlements for a few months before going by the name of Cyral Erc. Though almost no-one would recognize him as Eric Cyric, or even know he was him, he still is quiet about the matter.
After coming to the mainland on the passenger ship, then disappearing, he started a business as a private mageling for hire at the age of 18. Though his skill has greatly increased since then, he still does the same job. The objects he sold, however, have made him plentifully rich, which is obvious in the state of his current house and usual wear when not experimenting. This in turn has allowed him to be, while not the best of hirelings, one who can easily pay his own costs and relatively easy to find.
Beyond his work experience (Which was Metal and Reconstructive magic (Not cure, more like Polymorphing), and still is his major selling skill), Cyral is now (Somewhat) trained in Ice related magics, and is starting to teach himself Astronomy via reading charts and private library visits. [PERSONALITY:] Cyral is overall cheerful, and only partially serious with his work. Many a folk has walked into his labs to see him playing with liquid metal whilst wearing ice-magic gloves. He is hard to actually keep upset, and will only keep interest if the subject is what he considers worthwhile. While he is for hire, he is not oft to fight, or to commit evil acts (Except for the gold incident stated below). [NOTABLE ITEMS:] Cyral carries a large deal of possessions on him at any given time, mostly due to his habit of traveling suddenly and for unknown lengths of times. This is accomplished by a magical sack he carries along his side (Similar to the D&D bag of holding, etc) that he bought from a traveling mage. Inside, he has all sorts of things, ranging from his important charts and books, to a simple straight-razor and silverware. This bag weighs little more then 2 pounds, though can be filled (Assume it has roughly a 2Mx2Mx2M volume of storage).
Cyral also, after an unfortunate incident with pickpockets, has all his gold in one set of gold pouches. Though he only ever carries one with him, they are all interlinked and also magic. The funding to buy this and the other magic bag must have been astounding, and were likely bought from temporarily transmuted gold. This may also explain his insistence of not returning to the mainland, and the fact that his original name was Eric Cryic.
The bags can also only have their goods accessed if Cyral mutters a certain phrase. Otherwise, the only thing that will be removed from the bags is small rocks and pieces of worthless metal. [WEAPONS:] Other then his straight razor, Cyral has no specific blade he can use as a weapon. However, he is busy working on globes of concentrated cold magic, which when shattered would freeze things over a desired radius. So far, however, it has only resolved in many, many trips to the town healers. [WEAKNESS’:] Only a baseline human range of endurance and feats. Isn’t that useful without his magic or access to his tools.

Locking the door to his house behind him, Cyral made a slightly modified way around town. Usually, the weekly path was Market, Tavern, another Market visit, Home.
Today, however, things were different. His last assistant had worked off their dues a month prior, and chosen their freedom over continued work under his care (Not that he could hardly blame them, what with the little globe incident a few days prior that had nearly cost the poor sod half his fur).
Said assistant, like many before him, was a "slave" bought from the market. Cyral wasn't much of a fan of slavery, and was definately not a fan of the way many people treated their slaves. Luckily for those under his care, Cyral didn't consider those he bought to be slaves. In fact, beyond the name they were no slave at all. As long as they never violated his trust he'd treat them with respect and as equals, sharing his home, food, materials, even help with an education if time permitted.
Today he sought to buy a pair of assistants. Things had gotten too quiet around the house, and he missed the chats between experiments and his one trip out of the house outside of work (That, and he needed someone to hold the fething globe device steady). He would buy a needy pair, they tended to respect his trust well enough. Besides, if he didn't buy 'em likely few others would.
Whistling a slight tune, Cyral made his way towards the slave district. By the days end, he'd be able to finally get back to work again.
