Man, I'm so bored as of late from my life style. Sitting here day after day in front of my computer, clacking away at my keyboard. I've been stuck at my home for the past 4 months with nothing to do, no where to go, no one to see.

*Sigh* I guess I'm just loosing it, watching the paint on my walls yellow -- metaphorically speaking. I haven't spoken to anyone new that I already don't know since and I've gotten sort of. Lonely? I dunno. I'm just tired of seeing the same faces every day, waking up the same way, and seeing the same web pages every day.

I wish I had money, transportation, and a place to go. (Those of which I have neither.) Like those conventions for example. People have so much fun doing that every month or so. I wouldn't mind doing that.

Well, let's see. To lay down my situation of establishment, I live in Florida. Many people think "Oh Florida! All sorts of places to hang out at!". Dang, that couldn't get more incorrect. The city I live in is called Apollo Beach. A quaint little village with about 6,000 + residents. Mostly consisted of the commuters, retired, or rich. There's only enough work here for about 800 people or so. Maybe less even. The point is there's nothing here. Blah grr grr blah. No cheap car I can work for off of someone really. No job I can be miserable at. (Woo woo!) Not even people to hang out with. (I haven't seen anybody my age in this village that doesn't look like some wut up B gansta hooligan or complete butt scratching hick since moving here in 2004)

I guess I'm kind of tripping. Going stir crazy. Cabin fever. you get what I mean. Anybody out there who lives in Podunk USA?

Eh. We have jobs here. Got money, if I really asked I've got transport, just nothing to do. We have... a mall. If you want to do something you go to the mall, walmart, or the movies. The police actually post a car out in front of walmart on Thursdays because it's datenight for the teens. It's pathetic.

Grew up in Podunk, Nebraska (not the real name, of course, just felt like it). Apart from the K-12 school, the village is pretty empty. A couple antique/second hand shops, and a grocery store. The gas station just reopened. And surprisingly, we can't manage to keep a bar; they always close down. 660-odd residents. When I was in high school, the conception of "party" was "go to the school parking lot, start drinking, continue to drink as you drove through town a couple times, once you're drunk enough to think it's a good idea, drive your pickup through a corn field."

You have my sympathies.

I used to live in the interior of B.C., and since I didn't go to school the only social interaction I got was at work. I moved back down to Vancouver where I grew up, which is the largest city in the province, because of this. I'm not exactly a social butterfly here either but thats purely by choice, theres plenty to do here. At least now I get to hang with my friends when they're free, see movies and go to shows, ect. (Cirque-du-Sole was in town a while ago) I had to get out of the small interior town, it's almost impossible to meet new people unless you have some sort of popular social hobby, like golfing.

Meh, I got all I need.
I happen to be near a place called "McNight Road", has many stores, a church, few gas stations, two malls, and two McDonalds, plus a post office.
As for area nearby where I live, it has many houses, two schools, a police station.
You would think I have more then I need, but one important thing is missing, people who could be my girlfriend >.< .

I live in the middle of nowhere. My family has to drive 20 minutes to the grocery store. Wal*Mart's half an hour away from us.

I'm in North Dakota, so every town is a small town, but hey, we have a few malls, grocery stores, cinemas and parks.
Its all right, and just a stone's throw away from nature and beautiful countryside! :)

No complaints or accidents yet. :P

I hate my town, there are TOO many faces! I too, live in Florida, in Clearwater (where the 'Church' of Scientology is, /sigh) and it has so many tourests I cant keep track of who all my friends are, when they come and when they go. I may have a blast with a group of kids to never hear from them again, some come back and i got no clue who they are. I would like it better if i was in a smaller town, the tourest end of florida sucks (and no, florida is not all sun and fun, it sucks.)

Puh-leeze. My neighbors are sex offenders and buffalo. And the rest are all old country people who go to walmart in old jeans with paint stains and holes everywhere. Not to mention tons of horrible parents, I see them all the time around here, the way they treat their kids. I live in a terrible place. It may be pretty with all the nature and everything, but community speaking, its pretty awful. And my horrible IBS keeps me from leaving home, ever.

There are 6 sex offenders within one mile of my house. There are 56 within five miles of my house two of which are sexual predators. Of course, this doesn't exactly mean these guys are dangerous. You can be made a sex offender by having sex with your girlfriend when you were both under 16 so...
