I don't really remember at the moment, and I'm too lazy to check, but I think there are three gods. Or at least three masks.

Heh, it makes sense that there are three masks - of Good, Evil and Neutrality :).
On the other hand, that's a bit cliché. Not to mention that 'Good' and 'Evil' is something really subjective, heh.
Order, Chaos and Balance are better in many respects. Especially, if balance is dynamic - I think it's the best condition for a evolution.
Talking about 'May you live in interesting times!".
Anyway, the defeat of Neutral, so far, at least, look like "Victory of forces of Good over forces of Reason" :)
Of course, author has it all covered, heh, but usually it results in really nasty situations.
I recall reading a very interesting book about voodoo. "Good" voodoo people were sacrificing kids to prevent WWII (they needed like nine or so). A father of last kid to be sacrificed prevented it... but everyone seem to die anyway when WWII broke over, along with millions of other, mostly innocent, people.
Not that I believe all this stuff (not that I 'believe' anything), but it's a really good example how you can do great harm by doing a 'good' thing.
Now, back to the comic. If something like that happened in non-orchestrated environment, it'll all result in genocide... because of mutual feelings of a human and keldran, an alliance that is bound to be brief and not very happy altogether, too.
Deux ex machina rules and all, but sometimes fairy tales do more harm then good, if you take them too close to heart.
Just like believing you can actually ‘win’ something in a lottery or in a casino (unless you are a certified sharper)... you ‘can’, allright. But not in the long run.
I made such a mistake myself. It wasn’t pretty. Nearly cost me my life, so I know what I’m talking about.

And that hardly had anything to do with the question...

There are 3 Masks-- the masks (i have to have said this at least 20 times by now) are NOT gods- but are very powerful. There is also a Good and an Evil mask-- Each Mask may have already apeared or may not have-- hard to tell because Tom hasnt given out their identities yet exactly- you can speculate that some characters are evil but its hard to tell-- sometimes the perspective can make something look evil while it is good and visa versa --- but thats all to be seen later....

Well, it's not now ;).
Btw, why it's so bad? I wanted to post something like that anyway... less threads - more order.
It has something to do with forum engine mechanics?
