How do you turn and image into a link?

Sorry if thats, like, a really bad question but I don't know how lol

I guess I'm not entirely clear on what you're asking. Like, wrap an image in a link?

Or do you mean "get the link out of the image"? Right-click on the image and choose "Copy Image Location" or look for "Address" under the "Properties" window for the image for a link to the image or choose "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location" for the url the image (if it's a link) points to.
