No - images on message boards must be uploaded onto the web and linked unless the board has its own upload space.
if you want to post a picture save the image to your hard drive- go to a site like www.photobucket.com get a free account- go to browse next to the box thats named picture- load up the picture you want and then it will create a link you can use to post the picture with. This is all very common stuff but people still manage to screw it up sometimes but i cant explain everything right now but i will say- do NOT upload BMP images-- BMP is also called Bitmap and its the basic file type Paint makes-- these files are HUGE and not website friendly- stick with JPEG, GIF, and PNG

Oh, and try to save as ONG if you can. Other wise, use a prgram like GIFFY to save to GIF. Paint has horrible GIF saving.
