I searched and did not find! What ever happened to the blue markings on Trace's face? =3

They seem to come and go.

What exactly are the blue markings, anyway?

Probably a tatoo or something. Of course it could also be that he has DNA the make that coloring on his skin. Sorry I can't come up with anything else on that matter. I would probably confuse myself more if I tryed to explain more about it. My head's swimming just thinking about it.

That's not true at all. Trace's mark has always been there. In fact, I've never forgotten it. The only time it's not seen is when he's viewed from far away, or when his head is turned to the left at a 3/4 view. (Also, it wasn't there during his childhood because he didn't have it yet.) I might be bad with some continuity, but I very rarely forget the mark.

I've actually never noticed that mark. I just assumed it was some sort of hair style. Go figure.

So if he got in his adulthood, that means it's either a tatoo or something to do with being a templar maybe? Myabe it even matches his hair color for a reason.

what about the red eyes and the blue eyes? they practically mean the same thing as the tatoo on his face. and if it ever did disappear, it was probably because of the "LEVEL OF EVIL" he's at????

Lol, now that you guys pointed it out, I never realized his reappearing and disappearing markings... crud, now im gonna be bothered with contemplating on it...

I wonder if anyone else has something like that. He doesn't seem to be the odd one out since no one's mentioned it.

Do you mean other characters with continuity things? 'Cause I believe Natani had a grey streak in her hair in the first few pages she was introduced, but it has since vanished (she looks better without it, as far as I'm concerned).

Maybe that was just lighting? Or dirt?

Possible, but not likely. It's pretty distinct early on, then it starts to disappear occasionally, and the last time it's there is a bit before they meet Eric. After that, it seems to have vanished. It doesn't really matter in the end though.
