 Post subject: Trying to load avatar but forum wont accept

I keep trying to load up this avatar but it keeps saying Avatar Must Be 250 Pixels wide and 180 tall yet the one Im trying to post is only 126 x 166. Am I doing something wrong? Here's the avatar Im trying to upload:

You are reading it wrong- it says 150 pixels tall. Not 180
