How heavy is it? A sword that's capable of bearing and keeping an edge (I cannot, for the life of me, remember the correct term for that phrase) will be significantly heavier than one that cannot. Now, it might have an edge on it anyway (most of the replica Japanese swords do, after all), but that doesn't mean it'll keep it's edge. That's the difference between a KBAR and a letter opener. :P

The more decorated, shiny and clumsy it is, the less likely it is to be anything else than a decoration. Since you can not show it, I can't be of much help exept for that tip though.

There's just something incredibly off about a teenager holding a machete, asking if it's a sword, and wearing a JCPenney's patriotic T-shirt.

Also, no, it isn't a sword. It's a machete. If it were a sword, it would be labeled "sword" at wherever you bought it.

Thank you, Fatal. I just wish there was actually going to be a party. Never really had one except for the small ones I had as a kid. Most I can expect is a cake, some ice cream, and a few presents.

Well, hell, we should have a birthday party here!

What's your favorite song? I'll play it in your honor. =^.^=

They are practically random, but songs from Linken Park, All Star by Smash Mouth, Through the Fire and Flames by DragonForce. there are more, but I can't remember most of them. There are also some Japanese songs I like too. Too many to put down.

I know a few Linken Park songs, I'll play 'em all, and the other 2 as well. Wish I could put them on YouTube... Ahh well, just know they're being played. =^.^=

Ehh... a... simplified... version of Fire and the Flames... heh...

Happy birthday.

Actually, I like the extended version on GH3. It is so hard to play that song on expert.

I've yet to play that. I WANT to, I'm fairly certain that I can at least beat it, but no one I know has the game.

Well it's a pretty hard song to beat. Anyway, sorry for the late post. Here's the promised pic.

I believe it's real. It's a samurai sword, or at least I believe it is.

Nothing much to say except:

AhahahaaaHAHAAHghellelelelegh! Katana! Hatehatehatehatehatehate HATE!

...

OK, maybe not that much. It' just a kneejerk reaction I picked up from RPG.net. Still, looks pretty cool.
