At least that...personage...has been charged. I'd like to see him put away for more than just two years (as a juvenile, he'll probably be released when he turns 18, no matter what the sentence would otherwise be).

A sixteen-year-old posted a video on YouTube where he placed a baby on an inflatable cushion, and jumped on the other side, causing the baby to be launched several feet away. The baby was in the care of his friend, who he convinced to run the camera.

After a fellow classmate showed the video to a teacher, the teacher called the cops, concerned for the baby's safety. This lead to jacktard being arrested and charged with child endagerment in the first and third degrees. The cameraman was not charged.
