So, what are your guys' opinions or comments on the new X-Files movie?

I liked it myself but now I severely wish that I had seen more of the series first.

I never liked the X-Files to begin with, so I haven't seen the movie. I like sci-fi, but I can't get into many that go so far as to include conspiracies and such.

I ended up seeing it the same day as The Dark Knight, so it's kinda hard to say much after seein' something with over-the-top action. XP Really though, it was pretty good, I s'pose. I haven't watched a whole lot of the series, but enough to enjoy it. This movie seemed like a throw back to the earlier episodes of the series, where there was still that sci-fi element, but not "OMG, aliens" kind of thing like in the last movie n' such.
