Nevermind his politics, he was a great actor.

Great actor, do want to point out that I disliked his politics. No point in remembering a man's life if you don't acknowledge the things he accomplished, disagreeable to us or not.

Whether you liked his politics or not, it took a lot of Gumption to be openly Republican in such a Liberal heavy business.
How many of us would have just stifled it to keep working?

That, I think, is admirable.

Meh, not saying he was a bad guy or anything, just saying that he stood for a lot of what I'm against.
