Location: Australia, Sydney.
At the moment John Howard is trailing behind his opposition in his own seat.
The outlook would seem to suggest that there will be a change in government from the Liberal Party to the Australian Labor Party, headed by Kevin Rudd. If this happen Australia will sign Kyoto and begin withdrawing troops from Iraq and possibley Afghanistan.
