I know that not too many people have seen this movie, but they really should, it is a great drama and a great comedy wrapped up into one, with neither side dulled. I have seen almost all of the movies nominated for Best Picture (I didn't see "Letters From Iwo Jima"), nad in my opinion, should be the winner. I just wanted to know what others thought about this movie.

I loved it. I liked Paul Dano the best, and his character Dwayne. Sometime I wish I were brave enough to be mute on principle.

Also loved the VW van.

But is was not really a dysfunctional family. They all loved each other, and argued just about as much as every other normal family I know.

Also, I was a little disappointed by the ending but I don't know would have made it better though.

I give it 9/10
