After spending two days marathon watching this series, I would like to share the love a little. I saw one episode and was hooked, all 51 just slid right past, and I must say it is one of my favorite series of all times. This show had almost everything in it that made me love the old school final fantasies. Crazy stories, interesting charachters, good plot and charachter development, great emotional response. The best part is that the two main charachters were just like my brother and me ;3 Hes the older, short blonde, and im the taller brunette. They acted just like we did when we were kids. We grew up in the country, and we were both interested in highly technical things. Of course our mother never died, nor did we have access to fantastic magical powers, but that just made it even better. A deffinite recommendation, if you can wrangle yourself the set ;3

Sorry, no such luck ;3
The end of that show makes me wish for a sequel SO BAD. I almost hate it when things end like that, but without giving anything away I found it quite ... fitting. Seems like their whole lives are pretty much going to consist of the same thing. Wish they were together, though.

I saw one of those episodes a while ago. It was pretty good. I'd watch more, but right now we don't get cable.

I've only seen about 1/4 of it, but so far I like what I see.
No spoilers or anything, but I hope they get back to the way they were.
I also noticed how this show plays a lot on corruption and greed; think it's trying to say something? What would happen to the world today if alchemy was possible? We would end up like a lot of the minor villains in this show: the priest, for example, that has the fake stone on his ring, he tries to use his power to blind others and make himself look like a hero.

It's the kind of show, much like the FF games, where you can really get behind some of the characters, and get caught up when something goes wrong for them. I personally think I would be like Roy Mustang, ;) a flame alchemist. He knows what he's doing, and has considerable abilities. But usually keeps his cool.

I greatly recommend this show to anyone who likes anime, it's about the best one I've seen so far.

OMG!! I love FMA!! It's like one of the best anime I've seen, they can do so much with alchemy, and I was already very interested in alchemy before I knew about the show, don't want to say too much, spoilers and all, so i'll just say it's great!!

the game? hard? FullMetal Alchemist and the Broken Angel for the PS2? I beat that game in like 3 days, it was so easy, I just always got the dagger and gave it wind element, and slashed the hell out of my opponents, dodging sometimes too, but it was so easy, did a little bit of training with that one accessory that gives extra experience, and that one that gives double combo exp., but half killing exp, then I got the toy hammer, or the flamethrower, and got 50 hit+ combos on my opponents easy, getting like 999 combo exp easily, n seconds, it was so easy. The game was remarkably short, but I suppose they couldn't get it like FF type game kinda long, it's like a movie, it'd have to be the entire story to be as long as I had expected.
