in the Italy and France game today, i watched as the team captain of France headbutt one of the guys. what the hoha was that all about?! he deswerved the red card!

So is that like a newspaper or a magazine?

No way! :shock: Man, I should have watched that game. My family was watching the world cup but then stopped after Germany lost. Us being half-German and all, gotta support your half-allegiance to your country.
Darn French guys.

I saw it. I wonder what that guy said to Zidane to get him that pissed... And I wanted France to win! Darn you Italy!!

I hate sports, but I was watching the news at Firehouse Subs today and it showed the clip of that dude headbutting the other guy and they said something about calling someone a terrorist. I dunno if it was related. =)

The Italian guy was calling his family names, the first time he ignored it and walked past, the second he did the same, then the third he headbutted him. They had lip readers trying to find out what it was he said. I can't remember know something about he hoped his family died a painful death. Thats all i know. Good match though.

If you watched a few minutes before the head butt. The Italian guy twisted Zidane's ("the french captain" ) nipple. And it seem to be just a laugh, be along those lines there were some exchanging of words until Zidane just headbutted him, personally I would of kicked him in the nuts. But feh head butting is more noticable. But if you don't know. That was the last world cup match Zidane was ever gonna play with or without the headbutt. Now would you go out peacefully and be forgotten or would you be remembered as the french guy who head butted an annoying Italian? It got Red to talk about it. But he wouldn't of talked about it if Zidane didn't do that. It happened with Eric Cantana (who is french aswell), who got pissed with the crowd booing him, so he kicked one of the crowd's face in... It's one of the only way to be remembered in the game of football/"Soccer"... ¬.¬

i'm in Canada, we say soccer because it'll just cause many comfusions between soccer and American football. anyway, i didn't see the kick to the face one, but that's defenitly a red card at least! more of a expolsion from the soccer league.
