I'm not even going to comment, I'm so sick of everybody bashing Bush. Although, as far as I know political topics are usually frowned upon here. However, I'm no authority, so ask someone else.

It happens to be true though. I don't bash people, nor do I try spare their feelings.

Besides, this section is labelled:

Media Board
Television, Movies and Politics

Even still, I'm not trying to start a grand political debate, but more so a comical slant on a policical view.

If someone decides to lock or delete this topic then fine.

Can you give me a summary of what all he said? I don't have a sound card.

In the image:
Bush was giving a speech on the aftermath of Katrina. Then SkyNews put up the caption "Bush: One of the worst things to hit the U.S."

In the .mp3:
It's basically a complete rant about the war in Iraq. And how in no way could a third world country ever pose a threat to the U.S. It's all been said before but this guy had a pretty funny way in saying it.

I seriously hope a democrat steps up and says something about how Bush is running (or not running) the country. He has broken the record of most vacation days a President has had! The man he instated as head of FIMA was someone who worked at an organization for Arabian Horses and figured out whether or not the horse's owner at liposuctioned the horse's butt! My freaking GAWD.

2 the Ranting Gryphon is a misogynistic hyper-liberal douchebag who fails to use any logic to back up what he says. His humor isn't funny, it's just gross. Even if he were actually as awesome as he seems to think he is, I'd still hate him because his taste in music sucks.

I'm not saying that he's right or wrong, but this guy seems so biased towards everything that I begin to doubt whether or not he actually put any real thought into what he says about anything.

And as far as I'm concerned, politics can suck it. Discussing them only creates unnecessary barriers between people.

Here! Here! I've not talked to several of my best friends for several days because they where fighting over politics, and anything that has a "politically correct" form.

YES! This place is one of the few places on the internet that I don't have to worry about that kind of crud, and that's one of the reasons I've stayed so long, and plan to stay for a very long time(Gunning for 1000 posts XD).

i think talking politics is fun, I like hearing ther peoples opions. What I dont like is when a whole bucng of 13 year olds come in here and start bashing Bush, and they have no idea what there talking about. if anything you should fell sorry for Bush, look at him.

1) Hes the biggest figure head in the world.
2) 3 months into his first term 9-11 happens
3)The war in Afghanistan
4)The war in Iraq
5) New Orleans is demolished by a storm

and all the crap in between

if I was Bush I'de be like "Kerry! You wanna be preiseident, fine! Take it, its yours"

I don't know much about his ablilties to run the country, but at times he doesn't seem well learned. You should at least be smart to run a country. He was quoted on saying the wrong date of 9/11 (he said september 4th). I only hear the negatives about everything in politics. So I only speak up when someone says something stupid. Like, "hes the president, he can pronounce nuclear wrong if he wants" I just find it entertaining when people rant about it, or there are head-lines like the picture. And for anyone in Europe that doesn't understand the importance of the date of 9/11, our emergency number is 911. I forget what is is over there

But that's the thing. All of it is biased. All politics, all policital views.

Farenheit 9/11. Documentary? No, propaganda. I've never seen a documentary that concentrates on peoples feelings whilst intentionally demonising other figures.

I'm just sayin, this is my kind of humour. :P

Oh, yes, his taste in music sucks.

Okay, this deals with politics, so I'm saying it just to get it off my chest.

Political cartoon strips suck. Not the ones you find in the main part of the paper, those are good and focus on both sides with equal eyes (sometimes). But the ones like Prickly City just make me sick. They put no research into it and just state their opinion on how much democrats suck. You can't have an opinion without seeing both sides of the debate through equal eyes. Please, Bush-bashers, keep that in mind.

(That is the only reason why I am a basher - I look at both sides and figure out if it's right or not)
