I found this band just yesterday as I was playing Guitar Hero so I decided to look into some of their music. Though Take Me Out (the song that is on Guitar Hero) is my favorite alot of their music is pretty good.

O_o you JUST heared about this band........... darn you've missed out the months of constant raving with this band for their first album. good time.

"Take me out!!!!" <Memoral guitar riff, which made them popular>

well they are british, so you would expect to be heared now in american with their 2nd album. but it suksor. they've become less popular due to their 2nd album (The fallen, is the only song that interesse me in the 2nd album......but it still kinda sucks compared to the 1st album.), but ya can't complain their 1st album. pure ownage.

yay for franz ferdinand.

They are Scottish!!! SCOTTISH!!! I have a friend who lives about 15 minutes from Glasgow, where the band started.

I love this band, one of those few english speaking bands I'd say that about. The second album, to me, isn't as bad as you say- I've enjoyed it a lot. The Fallen is my favorite song off of it though, definitely. I'll have to get the first album, I only have a few songs off of it, but I did listen to the whole thing and right now I prefer the second album. I'll get back to you after I let the first one get some good listening time. :D

It's all about the song "Michael."

It's a great song. Deal with it, homophobes.
