well probably in North America for the PSP to sell more, but its out on DVD in Japan. i downloaded it via Bit Torrent and then watched it. but sometimes the download may not contain the subtitles (they are a seperate file), so u gotta look around. :? but its a fecking awesome movie 8)

You can get a torrent that puts subs in it.

Download the english subtitle file from
http://s30.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3N8J8SS9S4BTW0KIEAUQ56REBG
and save it in the folder where the .avi files.
