After reading Dune and being halfway through with Dune Messiah, I have to say it's definately a must-have for Fantasy and Science Fiction fans alike. Set in the far future (near 26,394 AD), Dune concerns the young Paul Atreides, Son of a Duke, going with his father to relieve the corrupted House Harkonnen, he is deep-set in politics and religion as the local Fremen believe him to be the Lisan-al-Gaib, their legendary messiah.

What books do you enjoy or recommend? What's your personal favorite? TELL US!!!!
