No, see...This follows Dragonball, not Dragonaball Z, and is using the Piccolo arc near the end of the show for it's plot. Which means that they have to introduce us to a midget clown and a guy with three eyes, a lady who becomes a psychopath when she sneezes, a flying cat-thing shapeshifter, a pig-shapeshifter, a bandit, team rocket, buildings contained in pills, a lunchbox holding the ultimate evil, a kid who rides a cloud....this is never going to make sense.

Of course it won't. I guarantee that the person behind all of this only saw a basic overview of the story, decided some of it sucked and needed to be changed, changed most of it to something far worse, and decided "Hey, this would make a good movie!" He probably only saw a few screen shots of the characters, and only had a description of Piccolo delivered by a five year old who didn't see the show either.

Christ, it's the Eragon movie all over again...

Wrong! Very wrong! Nothing rivals Eragon movie (Although this one got pretty close)! Nah, can't say quite yet. There's a very small chance that it'll be "okay", but it's impossible to say now and highly unlikely.

Yup, yup.. Another "let's try this and see what it does" movie. Do these guys even bother to ask people who actually like and know something about said subject "how does this sound?".

This movie is going to be terrible because the cast looks nothing like the Dragonball cast. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0O5ndzYZ0gA (this guy practically explains why the movie so far isn't looking any good.)

Oh and btw this movie isn't based off of Dragon ball Z its based of Dragon ball the anime/manga before Z.

Dragonball Z Was my first anime.I was in the hospital from a disease and i turned on the Tv and there was cell swallowing somones insides.

You apparently missed the point. Regardless of what it's based on, it's not going to be accurate. I've heard KRILLIN isn't even going to be in it. How can you have Dragon Ball without him? He's a major character.
