Guilty on all charges, including the kidnapping charge that will land him a minimum of five years on its own, but has the potential of being a life sentence since he brandished a gun while doing it.

:3 No celebrity justice for you, O.J.

I bet you anything he'll still land himself a minimum security place, though.

Eh, I'm a bit tossed up on that one. 95% of the country knows he got away with murder on a technicality, so I wonder if he might get a harder sentence because of that lingering resentment? Hell, the jury didn't even look at him throughout the trial, which is odd. :3 I'm hoping for a fully biased verdict. Screw the justice system for this one, put him in the clink for life.

Actually...I'm not sure he did murder his wife and her friend. There's so much suspicious stuff that happened there, the LAPD really screwed up in so many places that reasonable doubt was still there, that's how he got off.

I think he's a giant douchebag, but there's stuff going on there that is way too weird. Like how after OJs blood was drawn after he was arrested, the man who drew it waited 3 hours before depositing it with th other evidence. Where did he go with it in those 3 hours? Nobody knows, but the next morning there was his blood was on the gate that nobody found the previous night. Oh, and he deposited the blood sample 40cc short. There's a *lot* of stuff like that, I could write a book about it. Not saying he definitely didn't murder her, but there's enough reasonable doubt for me to think he might not have.

Even after that nice little book deal "How I did it?"
Seriously, he wrote a book about it, with the adendum "this is how I would have done it"

way too detailed for my tastes if it was pretend.
and why write it in the first place, unless to rub peoples faces in it?

Seriously, it takes a bigger dollop of disbelief to think someone that volatile didn't commit murder the first time around.

the police finally got their act together and got him.
seeing as he's 61 he will most likely rot in the confines of his cell.
can't say i'm glad nor sad about this.

That's part of the reason I think he might not have killed her. Think about it, put yourself in his shoes. Now pretend you really *did* kill those two people. And now pretend you're in court with the media making everybody hate you and the entire LAPD looking to put you away for life. The trial lasts a long time, the whole nation knows about it, things look pretty damn grim for you.

And then you get off. How would you feel? Would that not be the biggest sigh of relief you've ever sighed in your life? What do you do next? You'd run away and hide, probably move out of the country in case they find some more evidence against you and bring you back, and you would never, ever say another word about that incident out of fear.

But he writes a f*cking book about it! I said he's a douchebag, *and* an idiot, but I still have reasonable doubt. The media poisoned us as a society against him, they made it known he was guilty before the trial even started. On top of that, the LAPD is absolutely famous for falsifying evidence and testimonies to send people away.

I have an arsenal of information that makes me think this way, it's not one or two little details. If you're really curious I'd be happy to tell you.

From what I hear there were actually a few jurors that thought he was guilty in the first trial ~4 or something? I dunno I heard it in passing. dunno why they didn't have a mistrial or something... anyone know any more about this?

Hey now, I like OJ! He was relatively funny in the Naked gun movies! Especially in the dream where he was going to spike a baby like a football... ah the good ol days when violence to babies was funny... wait...
