If it's PG-13, it's up to you what you have for an avatar. It's just supposed to be something for fun, generally something you like rather than what you think we'd like.

They tried to capture the MMORPG feel offline. I don't own any consoles so I don't know if they pulled this off or not.

Anyway, there was a MMORPG in the .hack franchaise: .hack//FRAGMENT, but it was closed down because it was deemed a lot more boring than the fictional The World. In-universe, Fragment was the precursor of The World.
Again I've never played read or watched anything in the .hack series, so I only heard about those...

Also, this is a forum, not a chat channel... we do have an IRC channel where we talk about everything but TwoKinds.
I don't think Kite managed to gain others' support by using no capitalization, punctuation and too much interjections... But then again there's no capitalization in Japanese...
