I imagine the way they'll make it free will either be...

A. Filled with ads.
B. The only good guns in the game are probably over-powered bought ones.
C. All of the above.

Just cause it looks like TF2 doesn't mean it'll play like it. I mean, they will have to go pretty far to get anywhere close to the brilliance of balanced gameplay you have in TF2

Since it's battlefield, it will probably play like battlefield.

I hope they fix the glitchy snipers, the snipe is so bad in BF2 that sometimes it doesn't even kill a target next to you when you hit it in the head.

It won't play like battlefield, the whole idea of this game is EA trying to make an arcade drop in drop out shooter. Which would be the oppisite to what battlefield normally is.

This is defo aimed at the more casual gamers

Hence the "Hup-Down" shooting sequence in mid-clip.

1. We wanted to return to the crazy unrealistic feel of Battlefield 1942 and Codename Eagle, games which we had both been fans of.
2. We wanted to make sure that players could 'get to the fun' easier this time - faster, cheaper and easier.
3. We were committed to ensuring that the gameplay would still feel like a legitimate part of the Battlefield franchise, with the core elements and feel preserved.

If you decide to invest a few bucks into the game however, you will be able to greatly enhance your gaming experience by adding new super cool customization items to your Hero that will make you unique and stand out on the battlefield.

Items that you will be able to get for Battlefunds could be anything from cool looking clothing items (be it military inspired or something crazy like a full pirate outfit), awesome emotes that will really make your opponent wish he had not been killed by you or convenience items such as the mentioned experience boost.

For those who were too lazy/had no time to find things out for themselves. :P
