Hmmm, I think I might actually give this a try.

Mostly because the Witch Hunters are super cool looking, and seem to be the sort of play style I like.

They did that because in Warhammer Fantasy they are male. Chosen are usually these big guys packed with armor and a big sword x3 While Murauders are these barbaric norse fighters.

that's model wise, fluff wise they're both men and women in the ranks of chaos choosen and Murauders, It says it right in the rulebook, I mean Slaanesh having women is a given, plus Khrone doesn't really chare, Nurgle loves you all, and Tzeetch well is Tzeetch

plus Choas are based on Norse culture who have a large number of warroir women blah blah blah.

The game looks awesome but there are two things i don't really like about it
1. They were kind of limiting on the races. What about the Bretonians, wood elves, tomb kings, and those rat people?
2. Does the game have trades: i.e. mining, cooking, thieving etc. to add variety and for more quests than just: go kill that thing.

There are currently 3 types of gathering skills(scavenging, butchering, and cultivating) and two types of crafting skills(Apothecary and Talisman making).

Just because the race isn't playable doesn't mean they arn't in there. The Skaven are in WAR they are part of an instance in the Order area. It was one of the more talked about things when the game was first being made. I'm playing Destruction so I won't see it until we invade and destroy your main capital..Order peoples :P I have heard rumors of Vampire Counts being in there too, also as an instance. I can see them adding other races in future expansions though.

Burloc, EU server destruction side here.

I love my Disciple of Khaine. I
'm not a main healer, but for the first time I in a game, I feel like I'm playing a true hybrid instead of a gimped character that can only use half of his abilities half the time, which happen to be half as effective as others.

Well, I installed the game tonight.

Then I uninstalled it.

:3 Just helping a friend figure out if his discs don't work, or if his computer is crap. Turns out his computer is crap. Returning the game to him tomorrow, XD

I had Warhammer for an hour!

I am on Bretonnia, which just happened to get one of those 20% experience boosts because destruction outnumber us so much. My highest rank is a 17 Archmage, but i am thinking about deleting him because they are really meant to be a healer-damage hybrid, while i am just a straight up healer. I am currently playing on my rank 15 Rune Priest, and getting the top of the list for heals at scenarios :P. Plus, everybody goes for the Archmages instead of me, for some odd reason, leaving me to heal in peace (mostly).

Everybody who plays this game should meet on one server, and create a guild. Just an idea to throw out there, it would probably be fun.
