Here's the first paragraph of the first chapter

It was a calm day on November 18, 2060. A small ship was orbiting the planet Telis. Nick Pulsar a young pilot was sitting in the cockpit with his boots rested on the console. Nick was waiting for docking procedures to commence. Ships required a docking program to land or to dock safely. The ship Nick was in was his private ship known as Wrath was a small destroyer ship designed for space and atmosphere travel. Nick was enjoying the view of the planet and the silence as he waited. Suddenly his ship picked up an activated hyper drive. Within a split second a Saur ship warped out 2,000gu (gravitational units) away. Nick immediately cancelled docking commands and activated weapon systems. The enemy ship had already begun firing. Nick began firing back while sending a distress signal to the planet for help. The planet received his distress signal and planetary defenses began to fire at the enemy ship. Nick’s ship was taking a few hits, but at that moment the enemy ship was struck. An ion beam from the planet pierced the enemy ship’s shield and blasted through the whole ship. It drifted for a second then exploded. Nick’s ship rocked a little then he activated the docking program again and began to walk to the airlock door when the ship had landed. He in was the Hangar docking area, but where was everyone? Then the lights came on and he saw all his friends. Mike, Lex, Josh, Vince, and Jordan greeted him.

Generally, if you have good drawing skills and ample time (at least 4-5 hours per week) then you could go for the webcomic route. Drawing webcomic however, would be a regular things to do and should only be attempted if you think you could sustain it.

Otherwise, I suggest text because it's easier to write.

... Although I'd say you may want to revise the text a bit. Hopefully it's just a draft for something bigger.

Your text was mostly simple statements. It would be quite good to adapt into storyboard or comic panels, but well... I feel it's kinda boring as-is.

So I'm thinking you may want to make stuff a bit more interesting. Note that, I'm not good at writing either, and this probably could still use more revision.

November 18, 2060. It was calm, like always, in the space around the green planet Telis. A small destroyer-class ship was orbiting around the planet. Nick Pulsar, the young pilot and owner of this ship, was sitting in the cockpit, with his boots rested on the console, waiting for the docking procedures to commerce. The ship was named Wrath by Nick for its combat capabilities, even if it's only originally designed for space and atmosphere travel.

From the window, Nick can see the planet, covered in a shining halo that is the atmosphere, against a backdrop of the starry universe. He can see the red beacons for the docking station flashing. The vehicle was quiet, there was only a small noise from the engine. It was very peaceful, just like how the pilot wanted.

But the silence was broken by an alarm. "Warning, hyperdrive signature detected, distance: 2,000 GU." Within a split second, a Saur ship emerged out from the hyperspace, its weapons pointing at the Wrath. Nick immediately cancelled the docking commands and engaged the weapon systems, but the Saur ship has already begun firing. From the console, Nick sent out a distress signal towards the planet for help, while the ship began to fire back. ...
English is a second language for me and I usually get bad scores on writing.
Oh well.

Still, it does sound like an interesting story.

I'd go for a comic, it is somewhat simple. Though, setting up your own website might not get you much attention;you could just post the comics to forums you visit.

If you need just some random place to dump your comics into, I'd suggest smackjeeves. It's a nice host if you just want a simple easy-to-use site to manage your comic at.
