Bird's pretty good, something looks weird about the shark...I think it might be his eyeball...or his tail. o.O Can't put my finger on it

Good, but you, like your brother (no offense to either of you) need to spend a bit more time on the shape of hominids. People's bodies aren't that straight looking! I suggest investing in a good book on the human form, or one of those little wooden posable people.
