Welcome back, :) Such is campus life, right? Nothing works until the semester begins, and even then you're hard-pressed to get Maintenance to come and fix the problems.
Well its not so much that. The college that I go to has just become a University. But we have a lack of resources because of location. That's what happens when you build a college in the middle of a mountain. They just put in Comcast internet but they did not put enough modems for people to use. Max is 20 people a modem and we have at least 50 to 70 people a floor in the dorm that I am staying in. And my internet won't even work. Secondly, I paid another 1000 dollars that was included in the housing for my room to be cleaned and checked out before I moved in. The room was filthy, there were even pot marks on the walls. And the way the toilet leaks is disgusting. It doesn't leak from the bottom, no, that I could handle. It leaks when it flushes because the circulation is off and it spills out the top. So I have to clorox the floor twice a day because I also share that bathroom with my neighbors. I don't know if they've notice the leak and I haven't had the time to talk to them about it. Maintenance won't be here for a while because it is flooding in the Rogers dorm.
But anyway, I have to go back to my dorm now and do work. Hopefully the internet will be fixed when I get there.
