During the summer I hold down several jobs in order to pay for school which include Painter, Bar Tender, and Tutor. The one with the most hazards as you may have guessed would be bar tender. Now I know my boss is a pig, I knew that a week after working for him but I didn't think he would ever go as far as he did tonight. You see, I'm really the only bar tender that knows how to make a decent drink in this joint. The other barely old enough teeny bopper uses her body for tips and gets all huffy when she gets grabbed and what not. But my boss knows it and that I'm the only reason people still come to this hole in the wall. So the other bar tender is always getting on my case and you know the regular crap, making fun of me so she makes herself look better in front of people when in actuality she looks like a jack@$$. So of course I may actually lock her in the cooler, or mix up the bottles of alcohol so she'll have to take a long time looking for what she needs.
Well to make a long story short she complains to the boss about it and he finally gets the kahonas to take me aside and try to repremand me. I tell him its all well and good if he wants to hire eye candy but not if that eye candy gets in the way of me doing my job and that she should be put back to waitressing and stop getting in my way because we didn't even need another bartender. He keeps at it and I've had enough, I give him my apron and say "I quit" and as I'm opening the office door to leave he shuts it and plees for me to stay and I keep turning him down. And then it happened, he slid his creeping fingers up my arm "Maybe we could work something out." BARF! And that is when I let him have it, I swear I've never punched someone this hard and so many times in my life.
So after the trashing I called the cops and as soon as they got there I gave them my story and then all the other waitresses started telling the cops of passes he's made on them. And here is the best part. Then his wife comes by and starts beating him so the cops had to seperate them. Though I debated on charging him with sexual harrasment but I think he's learned his lesson >_>
So that was my day -_-

Good for you! It's always nice to see a creepy sicko like that get his just deserts. Granted the desert is a few punches to the... wherever you punched him, but whatever. I can't belive all that stuff happened to him in one night, though. I defenitly wouldn't be surprised if he cried himself to sleep for the next few nights.

They're feeling alright, the ambulence people gave me some pain killer and its just the swelling right now but they said it would get better by tomorrow, specially if I kept alternating between hot and cold.
I wasn't really paying attention to where I punched, all I remember is just flying at him. I hate to say it but I kinda felt sorry for the guy when his wife showed up. I didn't hear the whole story but someone they knew called her from the bar and that's why she came by. I think she laid a worse beating on him than I did >_>

so he had been doing creepy thing to all his employees? that [censored], it suprises me that nobody had had the guts to do something about it. But there is something I don't understand, what did he try to...err repremand you about? Well, he got what he deserved, will he get thrown into jail or something or it hasn't beed decided yet?

I was getting repremanded for herassing my co-worker. To be honest I wasn't doing anything worse than what she was doing to me and the only reason she got the bar tending job was because she flirted with him. Every chic in this joint is 130 lbs or less. I'm surprised he hasn't gotten sued for it. I suppose I'm no different than most he's hired but at least I've half the brain to notice and call him out on his crap.
He's in lock up right now and I don't think his wife is going to pay his bail.

But, to actually be on topic, I'm always sickened that some people actually think like that guy. I'd kinda hoped humanity would be past that kinda thinking. Damn you optimism for always forcing reality to crash on me instead of just knocking.

I'm just glad I don't have to go back there and I just finished up the painting gig yesterday and I usually keep tutoring during the school year because its easy cash. I like being my own boss. I just don't know where in the thought process that he thought he could get away with that. Sooner or later he had to have known that a girl he hired was going to fight back and bad luck on his part one that was actually trained for combat :? I get ticked off at people when they think of me as tiny and helpless.
